120+ Days Before the Retreat (Full Refund)
• Cancel on or before March 22, 2026
• Receive a full refund of your $500 deposit
• Any additional retreat payments already made will also be refunded
90–119 Days Before the Retreat (Deposit Forfeited)
• Cancel between March 23 – April 21, 2026
• The $500 deposit is non-refundable
• Any remaining retreat payments already made will be refunded
60–89 Days Before the Retreat (50% Non-Refundable)
• Cancel between April 22 – May 21, 2026
• 50% of the total retreat price becomes non-refundable
• For a $3,689 retreat, this equals $1,844.50
59 Days Before the Retreat or After (No Refunds)
• Cancel on or after May 22, 2026
• No refunds will be issued for any payments made
Retreat deposits are refundable until 50 days before retreat (May 22, 2026). Less than 50 days before departure, trip deposits are 100% non refundable. Any cancellation made between April 22nd and May 21st will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between May 22nd and July 20th and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
