Retreat deposits are refundable until 50 days before retreat (Tuesday, June 24, 2025). Less than 50 days before departure trip deposits are 100% non refundable. Any cancellation made between June 25th and July 20th will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: July 20th and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
